1. Booking and Payment:

   a. A non-refundable deposit of 50% of the total booking fee is required to secure the reservation.

   b. The remaining balance must be paid 7 days prior to the event.

   c. Payments can be made via Bank Transfer, Card Payment Link, or in store

d. Any quotes given are valid for 24 hours and prices could change at any time.

Please note - By making payment you are confirming that you have read, and accept our terms and conditions, and have read our balloon care advice as set out below.

2. Cancellation and Refunds:

   a. The deposit is non-refundable.

   b. If the event is canceled within 7 days of the scheduled date, no refund will be issued.

   c. In the event of a cancellation, the client may request to transfer the booking to an alternative date, subject to availability.

3. Changes and Rescheduling:

   a. Any requests for changes to the event date must be made in writing and received at least 8 days prior to the original date.

   b. We will make every effort to accommodate the requested changes, but availability cannot be guaranteed.

   c. If the event date is changed and we are unavailable on the new date, no refund will be offered.

4. Damages and Loss:

   a. The client is fully responsible for any damages caused to the props or equipment during the hire period.

   b. In the event of any damages or loss, the client will be required to cover the cost of repair or replacement.

   c. The client will be notified within a reasonable timeframe of any damages or loss and provided with an invoice for the necessary charges.

5. Use and Care of Props:

   a. The client agrees to use the props and equipment in a responsible manner and in compliance with any provided instructions or guidelines. Please note, that you must enusure that when booking props, we have a flat, solid, space to work on. We will not set up on unneven ground.

   b. Props should not be altered, modified, or repaired without prior written consent from us.

   c. The client must ensure that props are protected from adverse weather conditions, theft, or any other potential risks during the hire period.

d. if you would like to keep balloons from the display, please remove any florals, and foliage and leave with our items. Please also note personalised signs are not yours to keep, but if you would like to purchase it, we charge £25. 

6. Collection and Return:

   a. Props will be delivered and collected by us at the agreed-upon times and locations.

   b. The client must ensure that someone is present at the designated location to receive or return the props during the agreed-upon time slots.

   c. Any props not returned within the specified timeframe will incur additional charges.

d. If your venue need us to collect at specific times outside of 9am and 4pm please let us know upon booking. Extra fees will be incurred.

7. Liability:

   a. We shall not be held liable for any injury, loss, or damage to persons or property arising from the use of our props or equipment during the hire period.

   b. The client agrees to indemnify and hold us harmless from any claims, damages, or liabilities resulting from the use of our props or equipment.

c. Use of command hooks. If you are booking a garland, we do our utmost to use attachment points available in the space we are working with. If there aren't any then we may use command hooks, and we do not accept liability if they cause any damage, or they don't work on the surface we are provided with. 

8. Photography and Promotion:

   a. We reserve the right to photograph the event setup and use the images for promotional purposes.

   b. We may also request permission to use client-provided photos of the event for promotional purposes.

9. Privacy:

   a. Any personal information provided by the client will be held in accordance with applicable data protection laws and will not be shared with any third parties without prior consent.

10. Changes to Terms:

    a. We reserve the right to modify or update these terms and conditions at any time. Clients will be notified of any changes in writing.

Other things to be mindful of:

1. Our light up numbers and neon signs require power, so please ensure there are plug sockets available.

2. Please advise us if anyone in your party has a latex allergy. 

3. Please ensure children are supervised around balloon displays.

4. Our props may already show signs of general wear and tear because they are regularly used, but we try to maintain them the best we can to keep them looking their best for your event.

By making a booking, the client acknowledges that they have read, understood, and agreed to these terms and conditions.

1. Agreement: By purchasing balloons from our company, you agree to the terms and conditions outlined below. This agreement constitutes a legally binding contract between the buyer and the seller.

2. Defect Reporting: Any defects or issues with the balloons must be reported to the seller within 24 hours of receipt. The buyer must provide detailed information and evidence of the defect for resolution. Please note that our balloons are prepared at least 24 hours in advance to ensure that they have no defects when you receive your order.

3. Balloon Care: Balloons are delicate and require proper care. The buyer acknowledges that our balloon care advice sheet is available on our website, and this can be referred to for advice on balloon lifespan, and how to store them. It is the buyer's responsibility to follow the provided care instructions to ensure the longevity and quality of the balloons.

4. Refunds and Damages: We offer no refunds or replacements for balloons that have been damaged due to misuse or failure to follow the care instructions. It is the buyer's responsibility to handle the balloons with care and ensure they are kept away from sharp objects, extreme temperatures, and other potential hazards.

5. Balloon Lifespan: The expected lifespan of balloons can vary depending on factors such as environmental conditions and handling. For more information on how long our balloons last, please refer to the balloon care advice sheet available on our website.

6. Choking Hazard: Balloons can be a choking hazard, especially for young children. It is important to never leave children alone with balloons and to supervise them at all times when balloons are present.

7. Latex Allergies: If you have any latex allergies, please inform us before making a purchase. We will work with you to provide a display that is latext free.

8. Personalization: Please note that personalization on balloons may start to wrinkle as the balloon starts to deflate. This is a normal occurrence and does not constitute a defect or quality issue.

9. Cancellation Policy: If you wish to cancel your balloon order, the following conditions apply:

   a. If your balloon order is due in less than 7 days, we will have already begun the preparation of your order, and therefore, no refund will be issued.

   b. If you cancel your order more than 7 days in advance, we will issue a refund of 50% of the order amount. Alternatively, we can carry forward the full amount as credit towards a future date.

c. Cancellation by us - In rare circumstances, we may need to cancel a booking due to unforeseen circumstances or events beyond our control. If this occurs, we will notify you as soon as possible, make every attempt to get a third party to provide your service, if we fail to do this then we will offer you a full refund.

10. Liability: The seller is not liable for any injuries, accidents, damages, or allergic reactions that may occur as a result of using the purchased balloons. The buyer assumes all responsibility for the safe and proper use of the balloons.

11. Intellectual Property: The buyer agrees not to copy, reproduce, distribute, or resell any designs, logos, or trademarks associated with the balloons without the express written consent of the seller.

12. Adverse weather - If we are unable to deliver an order due to extreme and adverse weather, we will arrange to get your order to you as soon as we possibly can, either before or after the forecast weather to suit you. 

By purchasing the balloons, the buyer acknowledges that they have read, understood, and agreed to all the terms and conditions outlined above.

Balloon Care Information Guide:

Balloons are a delightful addition to any event or celebration. To ensure that your balloons stay vibrant and last as long as possible, please follow these care instructions:

1. Handling and Transport:

   - When transporting balloons, avoid exposing them to extreme heat, cold, or sharp objects that could cause them to pop or deflate. Please ensure your vehicle is empty and has sufficient space. If you damage a display loading it into your car, we cannot be held responsible. 

2. Display:

   - Choose an appropriate location for your balloons, away from sharp objects, open flames, and direct sunlight.

   - Avoid placing balloons near air conditioning vents or heating sources, as temperature changes can affect their longevity significantly.

3. Longevity:

   - Balloons filled with helium will naturally deflate over time. The float time varies depending on factors such as balloon size, quality, and environmental conditions.

   - Latex balloons generally float for 6-12 hours, while foil balloons can float for several days or even weeks. Bubble balloons can also float for a number of weeks. Personalisation on helium balloons will begin to wrinkle naturally as your balloon begins to shrink.

   - To extend the float time of helium-filled latex balloons, we use a product called "Hi-Float" which coats the inside of the balloon, creating a barrier and prolonging helium retention. Please ensure when booking helium filled latex balloons your order them for the date that you need them. 

6. Cleaning:

   - If balloons become dirty, gently wipe them with a soft, damp cloth. Do not use any cleaning agents or solvents, as they may damage the balloons' surface.

7. Balloon Disposal:

   - Dispose of balloons responsibly to prevent them from becoming a hazard to wildlife and the environment.

   - If using latex balloons, puncture and dispose of them in a proper waste bin.

   - Foil balloons can be deflated by releasing the helium and then recycled accordingly.
